As harsh as it seems - most practices have too many employees...the object should be quality over quantity. I have worked in offices where other were more productive in one area so there were so many different job duties for all of the employees when I could personally handle the majority of them. Research resumes and develop a list of question that only EXPERIENCED medical billing personell and front desk help would know. From those people analyze their personalities and stability. IF a person has had NUMEROUS jobs but they have all been in the healthcare field then most likely they have just been moving to better wages and opportunities but with all of those positions come experience and those are TRUE GEMS. Trust me.
I work at Dr. Tom Traina's office, we are putting some money into our Online Marketing Strategy. Dr. Traina's Marketing Dollars go farther online than they do in traditional marketing methods and more than 80% of patients are turning to the internet to find their doctors. Hope this helps.
